About monthly usage credits
Usage credits support credit-consuming features such as lost-pet email alerts, automated email reminders, and AI Care Corner activity where those features are available. Regular app navigation and recordkeeping do not use credits in the same way. Plenty of credits are provided with hosting, and the average partner app won't need more than the monthly usage allotment.
If an app regularly exceeds its included allowance, an additional usage plan offering 2,500 additional credits for $10 per month will be offered. Head2TailHealth will reach out to discuss this change with the partner when necessary — no charges will ever be added without the partner's consent.

- Order Fulfillment and Shipping: 3 business days
With Design Upgrade
- 100-tag minimum order
- Cost: 100-249 tags: $2.60/each, 250+ tags: $2.15/each (shipping included)
- 100-199 tags, 1 color choice. 200-499 tags, 2 color choices. 500+ tags, 3 color choices. Minimum 100 qty per color.
- May purchase in-stock standard tags as needed (note, they will NOT be customized with your branding)
- Suggested retail: $39 for app + 1st tag, then $15 each additional tag
- Order Fulfillment: 3-4 weeks for production and delivery (direct shipped to you from our manufacturer), and 3 business days for standard in-stock tags.
